　We often hear the violation of laws and antisocial business by companies through media. They
face storng social criticism, because of their irrelevant policy after the scandal got light. Therefore, they lose brand and reliance from comsumer and market at one night, and in some cases they lose their entire future.

JCC held "Corporate Compriance Seminar" (for free participation) and a lawyer made a lecture there on the structure of compliance to manage corporate risk. The seminar was full of participants from all department.The seminar was held on Nov 17 in Osaka and Nov 19 in Tokyo.

Summary of the First Half

First of all, Mr.Matsuoka, CEO of JCC, intoroduced JCC and our original rating, JCC Score.

In Osaka seminar, Mr.Iwasakki, JCC legal adviser in Kansai district, made a lecture of "Corporate Compliance: analisis of the real management of scandal".

In Tokyo seminar, Ms.Sawai, JCC legal adviser in Kanto district, spoke on "Risk on labor management: Corporae value equal to labor and personal management".

Summary of the Second Half

Mr.Okamoto, director of JCC, spoke on "Compliance as risk management" and explained about JCC sevice and its role to play in business solution.

"Question and Answer" was active and a lot of participants showed "good for businee" in seminar questionnaire.
